The Visa section is opened from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 11:30 am.
From the 1st of July, all questions concerning the visa application can be made Monday, Tusday, Thursday and Friday from 11am to 11:30am without an appointment.

There is no hotline at the Visa Office. For any inquiry, please use preferably e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), unless fax (03.5798.6106). Always mention your telephone number in order to be contacted by a visa officer if necessary (from 9:00 am to 18:00 pm, from Monday to Friday).
The Visa Office receives many inquiries by fax and email. Even though the reply doesn’t come immediately, just avoid sending the same message several times. The answer is made by e-mail, phone or fax.
If you send a message regarding a pending application, please mention your file number and your full name in the subject line. The text, which should be short, will also include your phone number.
For other points, mention in the subject line of your message the word "Question". The message should contain your nationality and your phone number as well. If the message doesn’t include those informations, there will be bo reply.
Please note that :
inquiries should concern only the visas
we don’t reply to questions whose answers are already on the Embassy website
Only the first email can receive an answer. If you send an other question after the reply to the first email, you will receive no answer. The answer is based only on the informations given in the question.
we don’t reply to questions about the formalities after arrival in France or to questions about documents requested for a visa application (the list of the necessary documents is on the Embassy website)
it is impossible to verify by e-mail whether the documents that you consider providing are admissible. Verification of documents is done at the counter only, when filing the application.
files sent by fax or e-mail are not accepted
the Visa Office only deals with requests for short-stay visas (Schengen) within the French consular jurisdiction and long-stay visas for France.
